ADAM-GH Backs NDC March For Justice Demonstration On Tuesday

The Executive committee of Anchoring Democracy Advocacy Movement Ghana ADAM-GH, we fully backed “the March for justice” Demonstration organized by National Democratic Congress NDC in respect to the murder of a fix the country campaigner Kaaka by members of the ruling government who are bodyguards to the MCE of Ejura Sekyere Dumasi.

As if that was not enough, they sent party soldiers to shoot into the crowd of youth protesters and killed two young men in addition and injured four 4 others. This inflicted more pains in the heart of Ghanaians by this state sponsored thuggery.

The misused and violation of our state security through infiltration of party vigilantes into Ghana Armed Forces and Ghana police Service is not only dangerous to Ghanaians Democracy but also the lives of our uniform security personnel. It’s undeniable fact that these party soldiers and police has put the lives of all Ghanaian soldiers and police in danger as citizens seems not to be friendly to any uniform security personnel now.

When people call a Democratically elected Government to fix the country, it is a constitutional right and citizens sole responsibility to demand development for their various communities and no one should die because of demanding Development of his/her area.

It is only intolerant and autocratic government with pevetous characters can act in the manna that Ghana Government has conducted itself.

The country has speedily retrogressed in terms of hard infrastructure development and good Democratic governance.
The only things that has improved significantly in President Nana Addo government are Corruption, Judgement debts, dubious scandals in millions of dollars, state sponsored terrorist, intolerance and killing of innocent Ghanaians in the least provocation, even when they are demanding things based on their constitutional rights.

As a civil society organization that anchors proper democratic principles ensures good governance promote the rule of law, fundamental human rights and also fights corruption. We have no uncertainty that this current NPP administration led by His Excellency Nana Addo D. Akufo Addo is a big threat to the future of Ghanas’s Democracy.

We are therefore, urging all opposition political parties, all civil society organizations, Chief’s and traditional leaders and all foreigners who are friends of Ghana and want the progress of the country to join this “March forjustice Demonstration” on 6th July 2021 to demand justice for the departed souls.

Executive Secretary Anchoring Democracy Advocacy Movement Ghana ADAM-GH.
