Chief Executive Officer(CEO) of the Youth Employment Agency (YEA) Lawyer Justin Koduah has said that the John Mahama-Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang ticket of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) for the December 2020 elections is so weak that it would not make any impact in the polls.
Speaking with Kwame Tanko on Angel In The Morning on Kumasi-based Angel FM in an interview monitored by MyNewsGh.com on Wednesday morning, the former Ashanti Regional Youth Organizer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) said that the incumbent president, Nana Akufo Addo and his vice, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia who would be contesting for a second term in the December elections are robust, so a weak opponent from the NDC will post no threat to their ambitions.
“Comparing John Mahama and Prof. Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang to Nana Akufo Addo and Dr Mahamudu Bawumia is like comparing an information centre to Angel FM; you can see that Angel FM’s transmission signal is crisp and reaches a wide audience but same cannot be said about that of an information centre; so that is what it is”. He claimed
He said the records of the current government in bringing development to all sectors of the country is unparalleled by any government in recent years, touting the massive road infrastructure that is being embarked on across the country especially in the Ashanti region.
Justin Koduah also said that the benefits that Ghanaians have derived from the Free SHS Policy are immeasurable and that those records are what the NPP would be campaigning on.
