NKZ Muzik CEO, Guru, has disproved ace blogger, Kobby Kyei’s assertion that his failure to stay relevant in the music industry was as a result of him not having an organized core fanbase.
He reacted to kobby kyei’s tweet, labelling him as ” Sarkodie fan ” for reasons best known to him.
Guru did not comprehend the blogger’s assertion, that an artiste needs a much bigger fanbase or followers on social media to stay relevant in the music scene. For him, he still pulls up numbers and sells out tickets at auditoriums and stadiums.
Kobby replied the rapper saying that his claim were based on analysis and observation which could catapult the rapper to another level should he get a core fan base to push the brand.
Guru again countered the blogger’s tweet reminding him of great artiste who don’t have social media account’s but rises to the occasion when called upon. He made reference to the legendary Daddy Lumba who is not on any social media platform but sells out shows with massive numbers than any other artiste in Ghana.
