Ghana running out of inputs to manage COVID-19 – Omane Boamah hints

Former Communications Minister under the John Mahama led administration, Mr Edward Omane Boamah has advised Ghanaians to take extreme measures to take good care of themselves in order not to be infected by COVID-19.

The number of cases keeps skyrocketing each passing day although the President of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo insists the country is doing well in managing the disease as compared to other countries.

Reacting to the rising numbers, Dr. Omane Boamah said Ghana’s running out of inputs used to manage the cases so it’s imperative that citizens device good strategies and take good care of themselves in order to keep safe and prevent them from being infected.

He said “Take extreme measures to prevent COVID-19. We’re running out of many inputs needed to manage cases”.

Ghana’s case count currently stands at 10,358 with active cases of 6,486. Out of this number, 3,824 have recovered from the deadly disease.

Ghana’s death toll sits at 48.
